These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of yuewrap.com and any purchase from Yue Wrap. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Yue Wrap is an online store selling scarves and wraps. The store is operated in connection with Deqing Siyue Apparel & Accessories Co., Ltd. Customer contact: service@yuewrap.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site with a parent or guardian’s permission, and able to enter a contract.
Shipping area
We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes if our carrier cannot deliver to them, or addresses outside the United States. We may cancel an order placed for an unsupported address and refund the payment.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We may cancel an order for errors in price, stock, suspected fraud, or shipping limits. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.
Product photos and descriptions are for reference. Color may vary slightly because of screens and lighting. Size is listed on each product page.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you pay. You are responsible for applicable sales tax shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Shipping
Standard Shipping is a flat $6.99. Orders of $49.00 or more before tax qualify for free Standard Shipping to eligible addresses.
Delivery to the 48 contiguous United States usually takes 8–15 business days after the order is dispatched. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production is in China. Orders are handed to a third-party logistics partner for export and delivery. Customs, carrier, or weather delays are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please check the address before paying.
Returns and refunds

In short: eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are paid by you. Defective or incorrect items approved by us are returned at our cost.
Promotions
Coupons and sale prices apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may end a promotion at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, scrape it, post unlawful content, or place orders with false information.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, logos, and product photos belong to Yue Wrap or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
Disclaimer
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yue Wrap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the shipping address, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
